Daver Steels has been established for over 30 years and we have a vast portfolio of steel fabrication projects that we have delivered, ranging from small bespoke fabrications, to large scale commercial and complex construction projects.
We offer a complete range of fabrication services to meet our customers specifications and demands.
Our capabilities are firmly established within the steel processing, fabrication and welding arenas. The business manufactures and distributes products supplied mainly, but not exclusively, to the construction industry, nationally and overseas.
Our expertise allows us to work will all grades of steel, ferrous and non-ferrous. We are also able to work with several other alloys such as Aluminium, Duplex and Super Duplex.
We combine fabrication and welding techniques, alongside cutting-edge technology, to offer bespoke steel fabrication services.
Our well-equipped welding and fabrication facility is in Sheffield, South Yorkshire, UK. The 22,000 sq ft workspace allows for small to medium-sized fabrications, working with components up to 7 tonnes in weight and 13 meters in length.
We also process; plasma cut profiles, drilled parts, sheared plates, cold formed angle & channel sections and manufacture serrated washers & pads from source to completion through Daver Serrated Solutions Ltd, our sister company, which was created in 2021. This compliments the daily running of operations at Daver Steels Ltd and both companies are managed from the same factory.
Daver Steels currently holds certification for:
- BS EN ISO 9001:2015 – Quality Management System
- BS EN ISO 1090:2 2018 – Factory Production Control system (FPC) up to & including Execution Class 3
- BS EN ISO 3834 – Welding Quality Management System
Daver Steels can now apply the UKCA product safety marking to demonstrate compliance on the products we manufacture and supply in the UK and we can offer execution class 1, 2 & 3. Our certifications are opposite.

Daver Steels has been under the management of business partners Lee Stones & Rob Butts since May 2017.
Both with a wealth of industry experience & knowledge, Lee is Commercial Director & Rob is Production Director. They have assembled a skilled team to provide the business with practical & technical expertise.
They are also keen to encourage fresh young talent into the industry, providing opportunities for apprenticeships and trainee roles, working with local providers such as Sheffield Hallam University, The University of Sheffield Advanced Manufacturing Research Centre (AMRC), Sheffield College, & North Notts College in Worksop.
